Support Local Research, Local Advances
Your gift is an investment in medical advancement on a local level. The research that we do adds to the bulk of medical knowledge, tests ideas, creates solutions and keeps our patient care at the forefront of medicine.
The International Heart Institute of Montana Foundation is a private, 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. The continuation of our mission depends on tax-deductible grants and donations. We deeply appreciate donations of any amount, large or small–every gift supports our work.
How to Make a Donation:
IHI Montana Foundation
PO Box 7706

By Credit Card:
We also accept donations over the phone. Contact our Director of Giving by
e-mail or directly at 406-329-5670 for assistance.
Honor the memory of a cherished friend or relative by giving a gift in their name. A letter acknowledging your thoughtfulness will be sent to the honoree’s family.
Donate to a Specific Project
Your gift can be restricted to a specific research or educational project. The funds to develop this website were given by such a gift. A project-specific gift reaches out and affects the many others who will benefit from the result of the work that you sponsor.
Matching Funds from your Workplace
Many companies offer a matching funds program, effectively doubling your gift. Ask your company if they have a matching gift program to support the programs that you support.
Estate Planning/Planned Giving
Keep IHIMF in mind when it is time to speak to your accountant and attorney about estate planning. A planned charitable gift, a charitable trust, or charitable gift annuity are all ways to support our efforts well into the future.
Each year, in July, the International Heart Institute of Montana Foundation hosts the world-class Rocky Mountain Valve Symposium, bringing in faculty and physicians from all over the world to Missoula to discuss and learn about heart valve disease diagnosis and treatment. Opportunities are available to sponsor various aspects of this dynamic and well-attended meeting, as well as other events that we host throughout the year.
