The Rocky Mountain Valve Symposium is a series of surgical workshops that have been sponsored by the International Heart Institute of Montana Foundation since 1990.

The 2016 symposia is a three day conference emphasizing on surgical decision-making, advanced imaging, interventional options, and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) in aortic valve disease management. Hands-on wet labs and workshops focus on advanced imaging techniques and aortic valve repair.

This course is intended for cardiac surgeons, interventional cardiologists, echo-cardiologists, anesthesiologists, internists, nurses, physicians assistants and all health care professionals involved in the evaluation, diagnosis and/or management of patients with aortic valve disease
